EEL AMARANTHINE

OLD SCHOOL

Armour as chain, Move 30' running/climbing/swimming, 1 Hit Dice, 6 hp, bite d4 damage, Morale 8.

Treasure- None specifically, but they do rather enjoy the aesthetic qualities of a tomb or the socket wriggling opportunities afforded by bleached bones. Sometimes there's treasure in or on those things.

Burst of Speed- Spd. 40ft. Each round speed is maintained, 2 in 6 chance of the Eel becoming tired and giving up.

Regenerative Reproduction-Any Eel Amaranthine reduced to 0 HP becomes 2 Eel Amaranthine with half HP. This process can continue indefinitely, although reduced eels cannot go beneath 1 HP (they will, however, continue to split).  Damage die reduces by a step with each eel iteration. Below 1 damage, their bite no longer is fit to break skin.

Note- Some Eel Amaranthine are much bigger than this 6ft specimen.

Burst of Speed- Spd. 40ft. Each round speed is maintained, DC-12 Constitution save or Eel Amaranthine gains a level of exhaustion.
